    INSTRUCTIONS on using PDF fill-in forms

    Using SFAC's PDF forms requires the Adobe Acrobat Reader (5 or higher). Please visit the Adobe website and download the latest version of Adobe Reader. This is a free download.

    When you click on the "Application" link to access the form, it will open Adobe Reader in your browser. You can then save the PDF to your computer by either clicking the save icon (looks like a diskette) on the toolbar or go to file and save. You may then open the form and save changes you have made or print and fill out the form.

    Completing the form on your computer
    It is important to do a test save on your fillable form first! Some versions of Acrobat Reader will not save your changes.
    1 Fill out the form, using the mouse or tab key to move between fields
    2 Choose File and Print, or click on the Printer icon on the Acrobat Reader toolbar
    3 In the Print dialog box, make sure that the Print as image, Shrink oversized pages to paper size and expand small pages to paper size options are checked, choose the printer you want to print to, then click OK; the form will print out on your printer

    SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

    All applications must be in the Cultural Equity Grants office by 5 PM of September 6, by the U.S. Postal Service by the deadline date. We will not accept postmarks from office or applications sent via email or fax. The Evans Street Post Office is open until 8 PM.
