San Francisco Artist (SFA) Grants Review Panel - Media [1]
Applicants are welcome to sit in on the deliberation of their own or any proposal. Members of the public, including applicants, who attend this meeting are not permitted to speak, their attendance will not be recorded, and their presence will have no impact on the review or scoring of applications. SFAC offers this opportunity to help applicants improve upon their own proposals and learn from the panel as they discuss the various strengths and areas of improvement of grant application submissions.
Benefits of attending the review panels:
- Get feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of your application, including project design/narrative, project budget, work sample(s), etc.
- Opportunity to have your work reviewed by respected artists, administrators and peers in the field
- Get an overview of the applicant pool
- Gain insights into broader trends and field issues
