If applicants are available, they are welcome to join virtually and listen to the deliberation of their own application or any other. Members of the public, including applicants who attend this meeting are not permitted to speak, their attendance will not be recorded and their presence will have no impact on the review or scoring of their application. SFAC offers this opportunity to help applicants improve upon their own proposal and learn from the panel as they discuss the various strengths and areas of improvement of grant application submissions.

Sustaining Ongoing Initiatives (SOI) - Existing arts and culture projects and programs and other ongoing creative work that needs support to continue to thrive; Maintaining Roots of the Arts Ecosystem.
Resilience & Growth (R & G) - Maintaining day-to-day operations or activities and building financial stability and security; Providing tools to stabilize and thrive.
New Creative Opportunities (NCO) - New programs, artworks, collaborations, and other creative initiatives that need resources to get off the ground; Supporting new growth & regeneration.

Funding recommendations are based upon available funds, the score an application received and will be determined by *April 22, 2025 at the Community Investments Committee meeting [6], These recommendations are then subject to the approval by *May 5, 2025 at the Full Commission Committee meeting [7].
