Program Description

Loco Bloco's after-school, school day and community classes for youth ages 3-24 offer multicultural performing arts training in dance, percussion, stilt walking, and theater arts rooted in Afro-Latino traditions. Program Description

Magical Moonshine Theatre is a award winning, international touring puppet theatre, founded in 1979, with performances live in eight languages in eighteen countries throughout Europe, Asia and Latin America. Michael studied puppetry with Jim Henson at the International Institute of Puppetry in France, and both Valerie and Michael are Artists in Residence, integrating core subjects with performing/visual arts at Salvador Arts Magnet Elementary School using Leonard Bernstein's Artful Learning framework.
