Executive Committee meetings are held on the fourth Monday of each month at 12:30 PM, and generally last for about two hours. If the scheduled date falls on a holiday, the meeting will usually be rescheduled to the following or preceding week.

Street Artists Committee meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 2:30 PM, as needed. If the scheduled date falls on a holiday, the meeting will usually be rescheduled to the following or preceding week.

The Advisory Committee of Street Artists and Crafts Examiners meets monthly to discuss business regarding the art vendor program. On the first Tuesday of the quarter (July, October, January, April) they screen new artists who wish to be licensed. Members of the public and artists interested in this program are welcome to attend.
