NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A CONTRACT
The City has completed its evaluation of Bid Proposal 0000005617 EXT ART | Grants Management System, and intends to award this Sourcing Event to SmartSimple Software Ltd.
The City is providing this notification to you pursuant to the rules and regulations pertaining to the San Francisco Administrative Code, Section 21.3(i). Protests on the intended award of this contract must be received by the Purchaser listed below no later than the close of business on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 .
All protests must be in writing, dated, and must cite that law, rule, local ordinance, procedure, and/or bid provision on which the protest is based. Further information on these procedures is available on the Office of Contract Administration home page at www.sfgov.org/oca.

The San Francisco Arts Commission seeks proposals for the development of a new grants management system for its grants team (Community Investments). All Proposals and Proposers must adhere to the requirements described in the RFP, which is available at this link and below. A complete Proposal consists of a full response to the RFP (particularly to the requirements listed in Sections III-VIII), inclusive of a written proposal, a price proposal, minimum qualification documents, and required supporting documentation. Proposers should pay special attention to the description of goods and services requested, as found in Section III of the RFP.

A FAQ page is available at this link and below. All questions (as well as the answers to those questions) will be posted on the FAQ page as they are submitted. As stated in the table above, all written questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by the deadline of July 9, 2021 at 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
